Technology vendors spend heavily to get in front of the people who evaluate and buy their products. A lot of that spend is aimed directly at you: gift cards for a qualified demo, hardware for attending a session, credits for trying a product, incentives for taking part in research. The offers are real and they are public — they are just scattered across landing pages, ads and event listings, and most of them are gone within a few weeks.
ITLoot collects them in one place, checks that they are still running, and writes down what you actually have to do to claim one.
Offers are found through vendor sites, vendor advertising, event pages and public campaigns, then reviewed individually. Nothing appears here automatically: a person has to confirm the offer, find a page you can actually claim on, and write the summary before it is published. That is deliberately slow, and it is why the catalogue is small.
