The demo is tailored to your framework and stack, so it is worth going in knowing which audit you are actually preparing for.
Worth your time if compliance work is landing on your team and you are deciding between doing it in spreadsheets, hiring it out, or buying a platform. Less useful if you have no audit on the horizon.
On the reward: Vanta states it in their advertising and repeats it in a post on their own LinkedIn company page.
